Paid for my food with a card in the drive-thru 6/13/26. Food and drinks handed to me. The guy took my card but never handed it back to me. I asked for my card he says he gave it back. No you didn’t sir. After looking for my card it was thrown in my bag on top of my fries. Very unsanitary and I would have appreciated if it was handed back to me in my hand. Won’t be back to this location

I eat wayyyy more chic fil a than I should admit to. However, it's has relatively healthy options. I get the grilled cool wraps and some barbecue sauce usually. I like the app, it's easy to use. The Mobile Drive Thru is perfect. I did think the "Meal delivery station" sign was a bit on the nose lol.

I normally love chick-fil-a but yesterday I experienced really bad customer service. Our food was handed to us so quickly that my coffee was spilled all over my husband (thankfully it was iced) but he hardly had a chance to grab anything and the worker did not even stop to give him a second. Normally the service is really good. I just don't love having good thrown at me.
