Me and my husband, along with his service dog, come here at least once a week or so. This place is so perfect. Between the delicious hot food, the best service 24/7, and a wonderful, peaceful, fun and inviting atmosphere. Every time we go we have such an amazing experience. Each time we’ve been there we have had a different server, and they are all absolutely the best people I’ve ever sat with. Such friendly people, letting us sit where we want so our service dog is comfy, always quick with refills, engaging in fun conversations. To the cooks in the back, wow. Wonderful food. This was our first time dining at this restaurant and we were not impressed. While the service was good the food was not. Seriously, how can a cook put food that's clearly not cooked right on the plate to be served?? I've attached pics so you can see for yourself. Pancakes had black griddle debris on them (you should've seen the other side of the bottom one 🙄 & eggs that were very obviously overcooked). I'm not one to send food back BUT I also don't want to pay for food I wasn't about to eat. A young, presumably, cook came out with the recooked eggs & apologized saying he wasn't in the kitch
