TODAY was different the little girl looked she was new I repeated my order 2X MEDIUM I always order the same I get to the window and she hands me a small I reminded her it was a large she started arguing that I said small I AM 100% SURE I SAID MEDIUM CAUSE I ORDER M OR LARGE NEVER SMALL SHE CALLS THE MANAGER TELLS HER I SAID SMALL IN A SMARTY PANTS WAY I always pay 4 to 5 dollars for a M or L and I paid almost 6 for a small make that make sense so upsetting

I’ve ordered from this Dutch Bros twice, and honestly, the service hasn’t been good. The first time, I ordered a coffee and it wasn’t made correctly. They even asked me if I could just take it like that. The second time, it wasn’t even a birthday shake—it just tasted like plain vanilla. To be honest, they didn’t even finish making it, and I had to ask them to please complete it. The employee said, “Oh yes, I can do that.” Overall, the service is poor and they are not friendly.
