This is considered a big cheeseburger? The bun practically swallows the patty. It’s laughable. Either I got a kids patty by mistake or they really shrunk their meat. Not worth the price and definitely not like it used to be. No wonder the place looked abandoned.

I hate giving bad reviews but couldn't pass on this one. I smiled at the clerk when I walked up. In very broken English she asked what I wanted. I asked for the Bacon Guacamole burger as a wrap, minus onion, add Jalapeños. Only it didn't happen that quickly. She kept interrupting me like she didn't understand me. It took four times of me apologizing for not understanding her (like I should have to apologize, I'm the customer) before I finally understood She was asking if I wanted it in a combo. After I got the order placed while filling my drink cup, I realized all the employees were speaking

This Carls Jr location is great! The manager was exceptionally kind and helpful, walking the food we ordered to our table, EVERY-TIME! Loved how quiet it was and how kind and helpful the staff were, the food was also delicious! Worth every penny!
