The two girls who served us were kind and happy. The order was accurate. The fries were quite cold, but they have a good crisp and seemed like they would have been really good if they were warm lol. We also got the hot dog just because I was craving a hot dog so bad and it was as expected.

Came here at 3pm on a Tuesday. Ordered at the drive in station and waited 20 mins. Ordered at 3:11pm. Watched multiple rounds of cars go through the drive through without seeing a person run out food. 3:32 pm still never saw someone run out food and ended up leaving since its pretty clear they have zero urgency for anyone other than drive through.

The customer service here sucks! I pull up to the drive thru and told employee give me a minute thanks. The response I receive immediately is if it’s going to be more than a minute pull up to a stall. There wasn’t any cars behind me. When I went to order my food I was interrupted twice by two different employees! I don’t know it took two employees to take one order but okay. The employee need training on how to be customer friendly and professional. Taking an order shouldn’t be so complicated and a customer shouldn’t be treated poorly.

Wow, this Sonic has outdone it today, their shakes are exquisite. We asked for extra of something, they absolutely delivered. We have searched all Easter Sunday for an open shake place, showing up to many closed restaurants. But to our surprise, 30 minutes away, we found one. Wow, what a treasure in American Fork. Delicious shakes and amazing customer service. 10/10.
