Decided to try the Ames Pancheros for the first time as a late night snack and safe to say I was disappointed. I put an online order in, it wasn’t ready at the time (but that isn’t much of an issue since they were short staffed). The person at the register was nice. My main issue is with the portion size. I got a burrito bowl for my little snack. I received the bowl and was astounded. It was 1/4, maybe 1/3, full. I could very well see the bottom of the dish. Alongside the astounding portion size, it was missing my queso (which I paid $2 for???). Safe to say that chipotle is better than panch

The customer service was extremely poor. Multiple staff was talking to us at the same time all completely oblivious their coworker was talking to us first… complete Gen Z minded staff (clueless) the result was I got a bowl missing half the ingredients I requested, then I was double billed for a side of queso (that wasn’t even melted), and to top it off asked for a tip. I would recommend more customer service and common curiosity training.

I’ve been here a few times and it was always just okay, but today was really disappointing. My friend and I were standing to the side deciding what to order, and a staff member came up to us in a rude tone asking if we were “there for food.” It felt unnecessary and honestly a bit disrespectful. We were also speaking in another language, and the whole interaction made me feel like that might have influenced how we were treated. It was uncomfortable enough that we just left. Definitely not a welcoming experience.

Noticed a day after that I was charged for queso I never ordered and called in and got the MANAGER. First thing he said to me "Why are we just bringing this up now?" Didn't realize I was the one who made the mistake... Tells me their busy and to call at midnight when they close. Couldn't so. If the manager cant even uphold basic customer service how can the employees? Poor management breeds poor service. Also the portion sizes are horrible
