I can tell you this IHop in Amherst is absolutely amazing! Nick our server has been apart of the IHop family for years and years now! I absolutely loved the food the atmosphere and especially the service. The food was cooked to perfection. Every bite was perfect nothing mushy or too over cooked. So hats off to the cook! The best way I could describe the service, it was like having our own personal waiter. He made everything fun and special for us. No Gluten sensitive bread options here. No sourdough. They stopped the gluten-free pancakes they used to have. There are omelettes and fruit items. Pepsi products, but no coke products here. Upside, extra napkins given. Straws with drinks. Friendly waitresses. Clean area.
