We hadn't been to this establishment yet and decided upon it for lunch. It is a sit down style, not what I was expecting. There are more options than just sushi, but mainly those are on the menu. We ordered the Volcano, Californian, and Spicy Crab. There was a warning about the Volcano, about the spice factor. It actually wasn't too spicy. We were able to get some sauces on the side. We chose sweet soy and a spicy one. Good choices. We also ordered some fried rice on the side. That did not taste like any we had before. So good job on that.

Wow wow wow!!! This place needs to be known by A lot more people! Not only was the food AMAZING, But the quality and presentation was very professional! Our food came out nice and hot! The service was PHENOMENAL!! Our server was Super super nice (I Unfortunately, can’t remember her name, but she was tall, Beautiful, and had a very nice personality). We Came from out of town and wanted to grab a bite to eat before we went home. We just went off on a limb and pick this place and I’m glad we did! Sushi, tempura, tonkatsu. Service is super slow. We were the only ones there when we arrived and waited more than 45 minutes for our meals. The food is fairly good, typical prices for sushi places. The tomkatsu was overcooked. The lighting is horrible. You can hardly read the menu. Background noise interferes with conversation. Waitress is attentive.

I had the pork tonkatsu and my grandson had the chicken tonkatsu, both were equally disappointing. The teriyaki sauce was watery and flavorless! The pork cutlet was very thin and not good, as the breading was too much for a thin piece of meat! Thought it would be thicker and juicier. The same went for the chicken cutlet! My other grandchild had sushi and said it was ok but that Fred Meyer sushi was Better! Verdict: the food was very disappointing. When they brought the bill, I paid with my card. Upon receiving the receipt, it showed a card fee, which the waitress didn't disclose beforehand!
