We love having the Panera option while at the Disney area. They open early and are open late, so that's a huge plus. The food seems a bit healthier than what's available elsewhere and we can share. Service was friendly and fast, and clean bathrooms!

Food portions got extremely small, I got to go Mac n Cheese with full size price , look what I got, the size is even smaller than a regular soda can 🤦🏻‍♂️ I miss good old Panera

Told me I can't use my Yeti anymore and I have to use their microplastics-lined Panera branded cup. I'm not paying you to tell me where to put my coffee. You never even have employees at the register anyways who cares what they say. Just know if you come to Panera, they insist you let the plastic liner of their paper cup melt into your coffee. Making mine at home from now on, cancelling my subscription.

We have been to this Panera a couple of times when staying at a nearby hotel. The workers have always been friendly and the breakfast food and coffee delicious. This morning I accidentally ordered double of two items. I called and spoke to Jolene who quickly fixed the order and did a refund for the items. She even double checked our order when my husband went to pick it up. THAT is awesome customer service!!! We will be back of course!
