All in all very well run Starbucks. Probably one of the busiest ones you’ll ever see. They are very organized and make drinks and food quality and correctly. The staff are friendly and well trained. The inside is clean and really cool. Outside there is plenty of seating and great to people watch. This location is in Downtown Disney and centrally located for meeting up with friends and family.

Johnathan was such a star and made me feel so accommodated. Making sure my name Caitie was actually spelled appropriately on my cup! I always just say sure whatever with my name but he really went above and beyond! Thanks for highlighting my anniversary trip on day one, Johnathan! Toasted coconut cold brew was outstanding!

The Baseline: For a Starbucks it must serve Starbucks offerings well, be a clean cafe, and have good service. Food: The drinks are well prepared. I ordered a flat white for my 11pm drive home. The Flat White is my baseline drink for all Starbucks and it was a great Flat White. Service: The staff are friendly, efficient, and did not err on the order. I also ordered an Orange County Discovery series mug using points. This store won’t give Magic Key discounts but will allow points to be used. I ordered in the mobile app and waited nearly 20 minutes for a coconut cold brew. There was no coconut flakes on the cold foam which was disappointing considering it’s a COCONUT cold brew. The nice man at the counter did offer to put some on there but I declined since I just wanted to leave. After tasting the drink, I realized they also didn’t put the vanilla syrup in the drink. I waited 20 minutes for a cold brew from the tap with zero flavor.
