As breakfast chains go, First Watch exemplifies what they should be. Between a busy parking lot and crowded front room we had the impression things would be slow moving here, yet we were wrong both times. Parking was quick and easy to find and despite the busy interior we were seated very quickly. The first thing that stands out about First Watch is the very clean and homey setting. What a great brunch experience at First Watch! We got sat down immediately, service from Sahu was Amazing!! We ordered the seasonal Maple Croissant Sammy, side of potatoes with another side of Banana granola almond crunch pancake was Delicious. Gees the food and service was exceptional. Thank you so much we will continue to come. We visit the Round Rock location very often. This location is top notch.

i ordered over hard eggs and got undercooked egg whites. i'm pregnant and can easily get salmonella from this. ie why i got over hard eggs. i called and the manager there said sorry and that was it. i could at least get a refund but no. a "sorry and a suggestion to not eat here again" was made. truly disgusting establishment.
