When we got home the chicken salad sandwich only had a small scoop of the chicken salad on half of the bread. There were two tomato slices with one of them having no chicken salad even touching it. We went back to the store talking to the manager and asked for a refund. The manager would only replace the item. Since we spent more gas to go back we only wanted a refund. Manager said a request had to be sent in to corporate.

I was not impressed with this panera. I've been to a few others and the French onion soup was delicious there, it wasn't here. There was no one at the counter when we walked in, we were forced to order at the kiosk and couldn't ask questions. We then waited 20 minutes for our food. I'd expect that at a place with table service, but that wasn't here. The food was mediocre at best, just not much flavor. The soup had no depth to it, like it was made 20 minutes before it was served to me. I will not he going back to this panera

$13 for a “full size” salad (Greek Goddess Cobb) that comes with BARELY any chicken is WILD. Girl working drive through was nice. But I even asked her if the full salad came with more chicken and she said yes. I’d hate to see the half salad.

Panera bread always has good food. But to be honest, I dont know what half of the things on the menu even are unless I search it on my phone...like who uses the word arugula. Even thier ordering system is really confusing...pick two, half sandwich etc...really? A half sandwich or a half salad? Are you really making a sandwich, cutting it in half and selling me one half? I go to most resturaunts for the first time and I know what I am ordering. Here @ Panera (not specifically this location, but @ every Panera), I am always confused.
