Best boba EVER!! We have been here many times and love it but today, the owner offered us a sample of Mochi Waffle and WOW it was delicious! We also tried the popcorn chicken and it was reasonably priced, fast and delicious. Go see them!

If you like Boba with some snack here is your place. The Boba drink just okay but the snack is the one that always invite me back. I love Musubi (Spam with Rice wrap in seaweed and touch up with eel sauce) this is really easy to go to just like small meal it self. Popcorn chicken is great if you eat while it’s still hot plus the chicken have season in it so taste pretty good.

I really don't know why so many people seem to like this place. Basically every other time I've been here, the boba are sitting out to long or undercooked or something because they do the thing where the center is weirdly hard. The tea itself is also just alright, it's just fine. I keep wondering if I've just gotten unlucky every time I've tried to give it another shot, but overall my experience here has been quite mid. Lots of places you could do better, but I guess you could do worse. I personally stopped bothering to go here in lieu of anywhere else though if I can help it.
