Hakata Tonkatsu Ramen is one of the best I’ve ever had. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful. It comes with not one, not two, but three thick, generous pieces of pork belly—actual pork belly, not the thinner chashu you get at most places. The pork belly bao was decent, though $5 felt a bit pricey. That said, the small side of salad that comes with it was a nice touch. One thing worth mentioning: the bathroom isn’t just clean—it’s thoughtfully stocked with feminine hygiene supplies, which is a big plus.

Went to this place a some of the guys on a Friday Night. Heard many great things of the place but never had the time to stop by. I had to reserve and wait about a hour because I didn't realize a famous TV star was in town that same date and had 2 shows so downtown AA was slammed everywhere. Well worth the wait. We had 1 of our friends who never had sushi with us. We all order different rolls and shared. I loved the dragon roll. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Allergy Friendly! I was so pleasantly surprised at how seriously Slurping Turtle took my food allergies. The waiter went and checked with the kitchen staff and they told me they have three separate people checking the ingredients in the kitchen as well as making sure that nothing had egg in what I received. It was not only delicious but also very reassuring considering that I was just in the hospital over gross negligence at a wedding venue the weekend prior to my visit.
