Something she did not have to do. She apologized for the confusion and let me know they were mistaken and they CAN take orders over the phone! What a great move! We’re always greeted by our favorite waitress Marketeea, shes the best and the sweetest person ever. She always knows exactly what we want before we say anything. We look forward to seeing her every week! We won’t go anywhere other than classic bowl if we don’t have too! 100% recommend coming here, it’s always a fun time!!
See★First time here and will never return as there’s plenty of other bowling alley to choose. The service and food from the bar were good, but the customer service in the bowling area was extremely disappointing. Doug, who appeared to be the only staff member working that section, did not greet us when we arrived. I had to approach him myself to let him know we had a 2 PM reservation for 12 people (though one person was no longer coming). Mind you we paid for 12 online already.
