I’ve been coming to this location since 1996 and it’s been pretty good for the most part. However on 4/10/26 I came for an evening dinner and it wasn’t busy which was surprising for a Friday evening. I was seated quickly and my server was very nice. She got my drink and brung me some biscuits and unfortunately they were hard, I actually started knocking on them in front of her as she heard how hollow they sounded. It was kinda funny but it wasn’t because I was expecting fresh hot and soft biscuits as usual. She apologized and went to get some fresh ones however that took over 25 minutes. By th

It was my first visit to the chain in 3-4 years and my first time at this location. I was surprised by how welcoming I felt as soon as I stepped into the restaurant. There was no waiting for the table, the manager and the host seated us right away and soon we were greeted by an older maybe Asian waiter. He was polite and respectful. The entire time we were there, he was attentive to our needs. Great job. We were there on a Sunday afternoon between 3-4 pm. I think it was on May 3rd of 2026.

I’ve traveled all the way from Phoenix to visit my family in Antioch. And was hungry for some seafood. So it was either olive garden or red lobster. I haven’t been to red lobster in years and there’s not much locations where I’m from but I came to reminisce. Originally I was going to plan for take out and the kind host Zander helped me a bit but he was new and immediately grabbed a server to assist in my questions Valentino. Lisa Q made my late lunch very delightful. Lisa was one of the best servers that I've ever experienced. While She was busy with several tables, she immediately acknowledged me rather than just passing me by. She was prompt, kind, and welcoming. I'm not an important person or a VIP, but servers like Lisa makes you feel important. Red Lobster, thank you for hiring great people like Lisa and for the great food! I will be back!
