If you call the owner a barista, it almost feels like an understatement. He’s more like a gastronomist… but for coffee. The creativity and intention he puts into his signature lattes is unreal. Every drink feels thoughtfully crafted and genuinely unique. We’ve been coming to his shop since the days he was operating out of the little shack in Mesa, and it’s been awesome to watch the growth, but the quality has never changed. Today, I ordered ahead because my wife wasn’t feeling well and I was trying to make the stop quick. He hadn’t seen the online order yet, which honestly wasn’t a big deal

Top notch coffee. He’s a flavor artisan and you will not be disappointed. The specialty coffees are amazing - there’s even one with popcorn. Plus the names are fun and the whole place has a general vibe with art and books about flavors. You go for coffee but it’s also enjoyable to watch someone enjoy a craft. Definitely some of the best coffee in the metro area. Really nice to have a place like this in Apache Junction. Can make a proper cappuccino! Recommended for people that enjoy a real cup of coffee over super sweet and syrupy drinks, but they have some very good flavored drinks as well. Love the UFO/alien theme above all.
