This is the best Pho in Cary, hands down. I am not a total traditionalist, but I do love a Pho Chay and I was not dissapointed. Went here on a whim for lunch and my daughter and I really loved it. Good broth, but generous with the vegetables!!! Included good sided carrots, broccoli, mushrooms and sprouts. Like I said not traditional, but I'm all about taste. Came in with low expectations and skeptical because usually this style of banhmi isnt the best vs traditional. Well, I ordered the bbm special meat for my banhmi and just regular pork for my love bao buns. I have to say, it exceeded my expectations and beyond surprisingly. The bao buns were soft, the pork was tender and generous portion, the best was their sauce that I cannot explain. If you want flavorful pho with a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go. My go to is steak pho with either a milk tea or Thai tea. Everything else I’ve tried is also delicious consistently. Dash gives exceptional customer service which seems hard to find these days. His smile lights up the room and his swiftness keeps the line moving. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, hands down.

First time visiting. My best guess is that this is largely a take out place with a bit of indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter. I was there for lunch and got the special, sandwich, side and a drink for $11.50. The sandwich was a good size and the bread was really good, Crusty on the outside and sofr on the inside. I had a Bahn mi without the peppers on top. Plenty of meat. I asked for a bit of extra fish sauce for the sandwich and the side salad I ordered. Filling and tasty. I would ear there again, maybe trying the shumai or summer rolls?
