Chicken satay was excellent and the peanut sauce was spot on. Crab rangoon was well filled and tasty, though a bit too creamy. The Thai iced tea was overly sweet and lacked much tea flavor. The curry was also too sweet, thicker than expected, and came with kabocha squash instead of the potatoes listed on the menu. The biggest issue was service. When I asked about the missing potatoes, the waitress explained the squash substitution and then essentially disappeared for the rest of the meal. A couple good dishes, but not enough to make me come back.

My husband and I had a most delightful culinary dining experience tonight. Thai Ginger Bistro has an amazing way of bringing out the unique, rich, and deep flavor of each individual entrée. The richness of flavor this restaurant is able to put into each dish beats everything I have tasted so far. Stopped here tonight for a quick meal and was very surprised at the quality, freshness and cleanliness of this small bistro. It's atmosphere is very genuine and welcoming, and the decor is simple yet authentic giving an authentic feel. Upon being seated we were given samples of a soup flight, and provided with warm towels. The soup flight was incredible. We ordered the potstickers and the crab puffs, and unlike a crab rangoon, the crab puff was stuffed full of fresh crab and not.over powered by a cream cheese filing. The potstickers were made fresh to order, and the quality of ingredients

Excellent Thai dishes! My curry was wonderful and authentically prepared. I ordered a spice level three, which was sufficiently spicy for my taste (my nose was only slightly running). Superb and friendly service. Leisurely atmosphere, so be prepared to linger.
