This is literally my favorite Chinese restaurant because it tastes like home. Today we came in a little later after lunch time, so it wasn’t crowded and the food came really fast. One thing that I love is the service here. You can slightly adjust the flavor according to your need, like we asked to make the Pork Belly with Garlic less sweet, and I overheard that someone asked their food to be less spicy and oily. Wanted to get some lunch that was not our typical fare. How I miss working in the SGV because of the delicious options. Chengdu Impression certainly did not disappoint. We had the deal for two. Our selection the Pork Belly with pan fried veggies, seasonal veggies, and my fav sliced beef and tofu in chili oil sauce. Service was efficient, place is clean and the menu has many traditional dishes. Do yourself a favor and get some flavor!
