It is now 6:00 PM on Tuesday, and I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was awful, especially from the employee in charge of customer service, who I believe was an Indian gentleman. I witnessed him arguing with an elderly woman who had been waiting for 15 minutes. She politely explained that her burger had become cold because of the delay, but he responded very rudely, saying, "That's not my problem. It's the owner's problem." I was also waiting more than 10 minutes for a DoorDash order. When I politely asked about the status of the order, he shouted

Garbage customer service. Got in line 15 minutes to closer. Only 3 cars ahead of me and when I got to the menu at 951 pm, they told me they were closed. Open light still on and food still being served. There are definitely better dairy queens in Sacramento.

Worst experience ever soggy toast, the garlic parmesan tenders were extremely cold, the manager said it's because they dip them in the sauce so they get extremely cold rather fast. Didn't care to replace the order or make them freshly I will never go to that location again then when I did call to make a complaint he hung up in my face.

So tonight I wanted a large heath blizzard so I pulled in and got my regular blizzard. Only this time it had the taste of berries or something so I brought it back not to get my money back but thinking the kid made a mistake on the flavor.
