Going here they make you feel so welcome as you drive up also at times there would be a person by the drive thru ready to take your order with a smile. Not sure what to get or need help? They are nice to suggest or help with you out. I went for my birthday drink( helps to get the app an sign up with email) for deals too. I was happy and surprised to get my " free" drink with nice message on my lid. Made me smile plus the service was amazing with nice staff working there. But like to read how your experience was coming here. Enjoy your drink.

Been here a couple dozen times. The young people working here have such amazingly positive attitudes. What's really amazing is that their attitudes feel genuine. Customer service jobs can be very emotionally draining at times, but you wouldn't know it when you visit a Dutch Bros. Maybe they're all jazzed up on caffeine or maybe the pay is really good (they certainly deserve to be compensated well). Whatever the case, I like the drinks a lot, but the kids working at every Dutch Bros I've frequented really make the visit worth it. Kudos to you all!

This was hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Dutch Bros — specifically the location in Carmichael. I waited 25 minutes total just to get a small Cocomo. First, 20 minutes in line, then another 5 minutes parked at the window while the baristas were too busy laughing, blasting music, and goofing off to acknowledge me. I’m not even sure if they were high or just completely unprofessional — but either way, they clearly weren’t interested in doing their job. No greeting, no apology, no sense of urgency. Just a chaotic mess of noise, attitude, and zero respect for customers. D
