Rude employes. If they judge u to be homeless or low income they look down their noses and usually just kick you out, whether or not your a paying customer or their judgments are wrong.i saw them being completely and unneccesairily mean to a PREGNANT yound lady who nicely asked for water. they snerred at her saying she needs to pay for it (which she ended up doin) after making her wait at least 10 minutes before awknowleging her standing at the registers. Then they ignored her again when she repeatedly requested to use the restroom. And edventually refused to let her use it. Need i remind you,

The interior is spacious, with plenty of comfortable sofa seating, which I think is excellent. I also find the staff to be relatively friendly. However, there is occasionally a smell of excrement on the terrace. Furthermore, even when you order food and drinks, they are not served all at once, so you end up being called by name several times. I’ve seen quite a few reviews mentioning long waiting times, and I feel that the way the business is run doesn’t take the customer’s perspective into account.

This is by far the worst of the chain. These employees specifically at this location need to be trained better on customer service and etiquette. I stop to get breakfast and use a bathroom while on shift and everytime they are yelling at me threw the store repeatedly asking if I have an order which I always do, not just one employee asks when I finally obtain the code a d use the restroom as I come out the employees are yelling out my name again almost taunting me about my order. I grabbed my order and left. Let me also remind you I use the same starbucks nearly 2 times a week as its on my rou

Just stopped by while my husband was grabbing some things from a nearby store. I placed a mobile order and walked across the parking lot. As soon as I walked in the door, they called out my name. My order was already ready. The store was clean, warm and inviting. The baristas were super and genuinely friendly. I was grateful to find a Starbucks nearby and even more grateful to have such a pleasant experience.
