I come here 6 or more times a month and most of the employees are nice, except Tim. I think that’s what I heard someone call him, He is always so rude. Has been that way for at least a year or more now. He is always yelling at employees/ co-workers. One instance last year; I went inside and he was yelling and a tiny blonde girl, screaming back and forth on the front line ( he eventually stepped back out of view) you could hear them all the way out the door, I called and complained & suggested that surveillance be watched, because it is very unprofessional to do and he still does it. I absolutely love the Taco Bell on Commerce, but the one on Holiday drive not so much. While I love the look of the building & the inside looks fantastic, it is the poor customer service & the way they ALWAYS get something wrong on my order. Pay for extra? Get less than normal. Pay for an add on? Don't get it. Say no onions? Extra onions!!!! Please fix this store hell have and Commerce store train them on not just how to be towards customers, but how to read & make the food correctly!

You may think what’s so special about a Taco Bell in the side of a highway? Who writes a review about that? Well, this place is special enough to warrant a review. The artwork is striking, everything is clean, staff is friendly and efficient and the food is great for a quick stop on the way to or from OKC. If you find yourself on I-35 in Ardmore, OK, make sure you stop by this Taco Bell. You will thank me.
