Chicken is grilled with minimal spice so you can add your own flavoring. The chickens are on the small side, but not bad. I ordered a side salad, but it was a bowl of lettuce and very salty. The cole slaw was okay.

Just came through drive, card was messing up but person at the window was extremely nice and kept trying. Wether it was mine or there issue they kept it extremely professional and extremely nice. Food is 10/10 every time I come but I come back for the service it’s great ! Got a flan for the issue for the card even though it really wasn’t needed Wich was just even more nice of them, 10/10 service 10/10 food.

I ordered catering from El Pollo Loco yesterday for a group event of 30 people, and I was genuinely impressed. Our order was ready right on time, everything was hot, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every single person on our team was happy, which is not easy to do with a group that size. The manager went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that they even asked how I preferred the catering to be packaged. I had ordered box lunches, but they offered alternative options like trays to make sure it was most convenient for our event. T
