Messed up my order, it looks disgusting. Rude staff, incompetent, had to repeat my order several times. The girl had an awful attitude. Worst Dunkin to go to. Instead of redoing the order they decided to play with my food and make it look nasty.

I think this is the last day I'll ever come to this dunkin. Every time I come to this location, I would say 8/10 times I come to this location, I have some sort of issue. The staff does not take well to altering any drinks. They either say they cant do it, they make a completely different drink, or they make something that's not drinkable. Today, we ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. We got up to the window and one of the drinks (a protein banana cloud latte) wasn't rang up. this has been my go to Dunkin for the past couple of years and i’ve never had an issue with either the staff or my order until recently. I would strongly advised for others to visit another coffee shop or even McDonald’s that could possibly offer a better experience. Once i walked into the store i was immediately mean mugged by what looked like a shift supervisor or possibly even a manager. Something seems wrong with the water quality after they did pipe repairs this year. I hope they are filtering the water and I hope the water quality is being tested properly. Also, the too high & lumpy entry ramps to get to the drive through... Quite destructive to car suspensions. Staff is great, but often not enough staff at peak customer hours.
