We visited this cafe early in the morning to find a decent parking spot right next to the cafe. I ordered a matcha with vanilla syrup that was really good! We purchased the spinach feta pastry, chocolate croissant and mini doughnuts. I am not a sweets person, but the mini doughnuts were delicious! I absolutely LOVE Balancero Coffee! hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried so many places. I’m very picky when it comes to coffee, and they not only meet my standards, they go above and beyond every time. The staff are literally so kind and welcoming, it makes every visit feel special. Even though the space is small, it’s so cozy and inviting, and it really feels like a little community inside. As a true coffee addict, I can confidently say this is my favorite spot.
