Very disappointing experience at this pizza place. I was clearly told when placing my order that an extra-large pizza would come with a free cheese pizza. The first employee who helped me confirmed this, so I placed my order based on that information. I stayed and waited, but then a different employee suddenly told me there was no free pizza included. There was no proper explanation, no apology, and no effort to honor what I was originally told. The staff gave conflicting information, which caused confusion and frustration. For such an expensive place, the customer service was very poor. Com

What happened to GREAT PIZZA!.... Just ordered....a medium pizza....delivered...50.00! 24hr shift...tired! Pizza was CRAP!!!! gave it away! Ate my roommates Domino's pizza...9.99 So much better! Picture says it all. Would have taken a picture of our Bravo Combo large pizza but the fam devoured it before I could remember to take a pic! Thick crust is definitely the way to go! Place smells delicious when you walk in.

Wow. Thats all I can say. It's so good! I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and man oh man was I not disappointed! Crust is amazing, super fresh and flavorful! 10 outta 10 recommend!
