Stayed at the Georgian Terrace for a few weeks, and Proof and Provisions quickly became a saving grace during my time there. It bills itself as a speakeasy, but that's maybe the wrong word for it. It's a nice basement bar with food. The service from the folks behind the bar, especially Davante, was always great! The folks are extremely kind, and they always tried their best to make sure that our food and drinks were exactly what we wanted. If you're staying in the hotel or in the area, definitely stop in!

Our server was really nice and they had a good selection of items. The wings were great and the bacon was out of this world. I had the chicken quesadilla which didn’t wow me but it was ok. But we shared most of the food so it didn’t matter. The Pizza with Sausage and Pepperoni was very good. So was the salad with Salmon.

We stayed at the Georgian Terrace while in Atlanta to attend a concert. We were short on time before the show and decided to grab a quick bite at the hotel bar/pub. To be honest, we weren't expecting much. Instead we were blown away by the food and the excellent service provided by Davante. If you're in the area and looking for good food, good service, and a good environment, Edgar's is a great choice.
