First time trying Gino’s Pizza with a group of 6. The customer service was welcoming and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered a plain pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. The pizzas looked really good at first, but the second we picked up a slice, all the cheese slid right off. The cheese was overall too thick and heavy, and the sauce was dripping, which made the pizza really messy to eat. Quality dropped like never before. I would always get their margarita pizza. But recently I had the worst experience ever. The pizza tasted terrible. The cheese was the worst and there was chunks of giant tomatoes in my margarita pizza. I don't know if there was ownership change or change in recipe but it's definitely noticeable not going there ever again.

I am from Philadelphia. That means that out of ignorance I judged the Gino’s book by its cover. FOOD: Okay so for the food. I purchased a half 9”chicken cheese steak with green peppers (extra charge for peppers), fried onions, mayo, lite salt, pepper, and ketchup. When I tell you that the flavor and taste of the initial bite made me assume that the chef added a lil secret seasoning to my chicken (if they did, I do not oppose lol).
