Would give this a zero. Customer service was none existent. Make sure you don’t accidentally order your Mobil order here they don’t help their customers. You get what you get/or don’t get. Manager was not present when I asked to talk to them. Staff member could not deescalate the situation. She immediately gave up and shrug her shoulders. No empathy.

I usually stop in the mornings here, the staff is always friendly. This location is usually extremely busy. I have gone in the store and have used drive thru. I have always experienced quick service, no problems here.

Forgot one of my orders of hash browns, and the order I received looked as if the worker grabbed a handful and squeezed until they broke apart into mush. Ordered breakfast sandwich with english muffin, got a croissant that tasted like whatever cleaner they last used.

Although no one ever noticed I was there the young lady who took was pleasant. As for the man that stands at the door smoking cigarettes EW IM NOT COMING BACK.
