Good food for cravings, but when asking for a menu item most are not available. They forgot a drink of ours and had to show our receipt because it wouldn’t show up in their system. And we had to wait again! Recommendation!- Keep your receipt and multiple options, because you ask for one thing and it’s not there so you ask for another and it isn’t there too

Worst customer service. I don't think the lady is fully aware of what she is doing. This is the second time in that store. I’m a customer at the other location in Tacoma where all the ladies there are super friendly and know me also everytime we go to the other location I get a good deal for my kids each scoop for $4. She tried arguing with me saying that does not exist in that store even tho there own by the same owner. She wanted to sell me one scoop for just $8 i think it’s ridiculous and overpriced.
