This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Denver. I spent a couple months of the year in Denver and I make it a priority to come here for coffee. If you can make it in the springtime get their cherry blossom latte. Staff is really wonderful and the flavors are great.

Brilliant. Superbly Brilliant. Ok. I'll calm down now. But I don't want a tame review to minimize the quality of the coffee here. The cortado was absolutely delightful. The espresso was the smoothest I'd had in a long time. Low acidity, no bitterness. It was just smooth. Almost like the milk was espresso flavored, rather than added to coffee, but in a good way. bright notes and vibrant! 10/10 would recommend. The space is chill. Small, but easy to hang out for a while. Not too cramped either. I spent over an hour there and have no regrets!

I gladly drive out of my way to come here, and it’s absolutely worth it every single time. My go-to’s are the Ube latte and the Earl Grey Matcha latte both of which are beautifully crafted and delicious . The black sesame latte is a must-try when available and I’m hoping it earns a permanent spot on the menu. I’ve also been loving the wildflower latte recently. What I appreciate most is how thoughtfully curated the drink offerings are this Carbon Coffee makes it easy (and exciting) to step outside your usual order. Quality drinks and lovely experience. Highly recommend!
