When I travel, I spend an unreasonable amount of time searching for good coffee. I read reviews and try to separate places loved by people who care about coffee from mass-market caffeine delivery systems. Anyone who loves coffee knows this frustration. Shout out to the owner, Sean Harwin. He was extremely nice and gave me a free drink today! My wife and I have been coming to Glissade for the past couple of years, and it's great! Aurora lacks "third-wave" coffee shops, and we were pleasantly surprised on our first visit to this shop. It's a legit "third wave" coffee shop, and their drinks are great. Plus, they don't charge for alternative milks! That's the main reason of why we come. Most places charge up to $1.50 for alternative milk, which is absolutely insane and ridiculous. Great coffee, chill atmosphere & good burritos! I’m always looking for a heartier bkfst although the pastries looked yummy too. They had pork sausage, veggie and I think GF veg burritos, about $8. Warmed in air fryer type thing & served w salsa!
