I don’t usually complain, but after the service I received I have time today. I put specific directions regarding my delivery. My food was placed on the ground instead. I opened the boxes and my pizzas looked like someone had touched them. Sausage was missing from one, squares were rearranged from the other and they were both cold. No one would eat this. I called within a minute of receiving asked to speak With a manager. Tried to explain the situation. Instead of listening the manager cut me off and said her employees would never do that. The worst Domino's location I've ever experienced slow crappy food poorly put together and when you call him politely ask about a order that is almost 2 hours late they never even say I'm sorry... I called in to say my two pizza weren't right. I was put on hold when I was trying to tell the in store person what happened. 7 mins later, I get sent to a survey. I call back, I'm sure the same person I spoke to earlier instantly put me on hold. I drove to Dominoes it took me 18 mins and I walked in still on hold. When I get there, I spoke to the manager about me on hold twice for long periods and she brushed it off and said we're busy. Ordered pizzas as a reward for employees at work. Unbelievable. Called to make sure they would arrive on time. They did arrive, 25 minutes late. Got a call from the driver Anthony because he could not find the place and he just kept saying how annoying it was and how irritated he is. Okay, I get it, you're frustrated. Finding a large manufacturing plant can be difficult for some people, I guess. No napkins, no plates. I asked for a detailed receipt, which came burned so it's unreadable. I ordered 10 pizzas.
