Every time I visit Austin, stopping by Cachito 512 is a must. The food is absolutely delicious. Their cachitos, cachapas, fresh juices, and especially the Sunday soup are incredible. Everything tastes authentic, fresh, and made with so much flavor. It truly feels like a little piece of Venezuela in Austin. If you’re visiting Austin or already live there, don’t miss the chance to stop by. Highly recommended! 🇻🇪

Amazing Venezuelan food! Everything was excellent - the carne mechada arepas (baked, great quality beef, not greasy, amazing flavors), the tequeños (not oily at all), the mago juice (fresh and not too sweet), the tres leches (wow!), and the service (so warm and friendly!). If we lived here we’d become regulars!

The empanadas first caught my eye until I saw arepas on the menu. I have been dying to try them and I’m so happy this was the place where I got them. I also had a cachito for the first time! HOW HAVE I NEVER HAD ONE BEFORE?!?! It was so amazingly delicious. The wonderful person in the window is so friendly too. Definitely my new favorite truck.

This place is amazing, there’s 7 more food trucks but my favorite was cachitos 512, if you like Venezuelan food this is the place! If you want to try something different this is the place!!! The empanadas are AMAZING so flavorful and the cachapa (cachapa is a cornmeal pancake) with brisket and cheese, was my favorite! They had a special of beef hearty food and it was soooo good, the perfect comfort food soup!
