What a vibe! Can’t believe this place is still full of life at 12am. We had a lovely host - I think her name was LaQuanda - I’m sorry if I got it wrong! She was a blessing. Always had a smile on her face which was beautiful! All the ladies looked happy to be there working as a team. It was so nice to see, especially after a long day of delayed flights, we just wanted something quick with no hassle. Thanks for making our first meal in Austin a good one! (Food was awesome too)

For a busy Saturday night in Austin, Texas, we expected a long wait at this IHOP — but that wasn’t the case at all. Even though the restaurant was packed, the service was impressively fast. Our waitress, Deondra, was polite, professional, and incredibly attentive to both me and my daughter. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning to this IHOP

Popped in her after the Formula One weekend. Seen it advertised/featured/referenced in so many tv shows and films we had to experience it. Friendly service from the moment we walked in . Food was tasty, hit and generous. Best bit was the server who unprompted topped my coffee up. I felt truly American in that moment.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Diamond, the manager, has created such a warm, elevated, and welcoming environment. You can feel the care and intention in the atmosphere the moment you walk in. Quanna was incredible—attentive, kind, professional, and genuinely made the entire experience feel seamless and comfortable. The level of service felt thoughtful, grounded, and above standard. It’s rare to find a place where both management and staff create such a cohesive, high-quality experience. You can tell leadership matters here. Looking forward to coming back.
