We had an amazing Sunday lunch at Uchiba in Austin, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the city. We made a reservation ahead of time, and everything from check-in to the final plate was seamless. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Amazing food, great interior and good service! I walked in on a Thursday for lunch and was able to grab a table at the bar. The uchiba salad was fantastic. I loved the shaved cheese, so fluffy with the greens and the crunch from the hazelnut bits. The nasu katsu bao was delicious and gone in a second. Great soft bun with yummy filling. The origiri was yummy too. Very different from what I'm used to with origiri but in a fun and delectable way. Loved the crunchy fried outside and the texture of the rice inside. I would love to try more of the menu in the future!

We ate here with a large group and they were able to provide a customized tasting menu that had many courses. It was fantastic!! Outstanding food, outstanding service, beautiful environment. Uchiba has officially taken the first place in best sushi I've EVER had. The staff was polite and tentative but gave you space without feeling abandoned. The fish was so fresh and flavorful!
