Professor A★★★Traditional is awesome, but they need to provide more table staff during peak times. One person can’t keep up with cleaning and it looks disgusting. Smeared juices on the table, grease on the floor, Too bad people can’t walk 10 steps to the trash can. Parents teach your kids respect carrying it forward.
Duskwing Queen★My husband and I had gone through the drive through on ( may 5th 12:40 PM. ) The staff made us felt rush, and sounded tired and anxious to take our order and kinda came off rude. Then I found a hair in my fry’s. 🤷🏻♀️😭I was devastated. I know I was not being rude or anything like.?! I was sorry that I wanted to get food?! I Didn’t have to time to go back that day unfortunately it was so busy for me. It was gross.

Food was delicious and as we were about to finish our meal one of the workers, Donna, smiled and asked if we needed anything. She was so kind, had a quick 60 second conversation with us and at the ended asked if we needed anything. Honestly, you can get a burger anywhere, in and out has quick service and good prices. But that little extra conversation from Donna honestly made the experience much more memorable and favorable. I would absolutely come back and eat inside again, thanks Donna.
Charles Spang II★So today I ordered 2 protein burgers, fries. When I got home I had to recenter my burger and onions. I was shocked apparently they have changed their burger size, it’s now 3 inches in diameter and it weighs 1.2 ounces. I will probably try them again because I’ve been eating them for 25 years but if the next ones are the same. I will half to find a new fast food this is totally unacceptable.
