Amazing service! We came in Sunday night for the Super Bowl and even though we were devastated that the Pats lost, the experience was still great. The restaurant was completely full, but our server (I can’t remember if her name was Rose or Ruby!) was amazing — super attentive, friendly, and quick all night. The bartenders were also really nice and welcoming. Even when the game wasn’t going our way, our server kept a smile on her face and did her best to lift everyone’s mood. Fine for a basic drink or pub type food. Unless you're in a group, you'll basically get ignored until the waitstaff decides to come over. I came in on a late afternoon when it was slow to get a drink and some food. I finally had to flag down my waitress to pay, even though I had an easy bill. Don't assume a solo diner won't tip well. The only reason I won't tip is if I'm being ignored in an empty restaurant.

I’ve been coming to Clerys for a while, but lately the experience has been really disappointing. The way I’ve been treated there recently is crazy. The bartenders give me dirty looks and act like I’m some kind of problem when I’m just there to relax and support the place. Customer service has clearly declined. One night I came in with my girl and the bartender was being rude and giving me looks the whole time. Even my girl noticed it. That’s not how you treat customers who come in respectfully and spend money. We asked for a menu, left a tip, and ended up leaving because the energy was just
