Today was my last straw, I come to the Dutch bros on Chester to buy my Girlfriend Dutch bros as I normally do because this location is usually Good. Today they did us wrong by taking our order (holiday cookie blended freeze) and not telling us they were out of the jingle sprinkles, I do not understand why they would even allow me to order this drink if they didn’t have the ingredients to make the drink in the first place, very rude and unprofessional, and then when I go to the window to confront them, they told me (oops) and then proceeded to say they were out of jingle sprinkles, the sprinkle

Love Dutch Bros. I switched after to many bad experiences with Starbucks. I generally get the hot cocoa(Black Forest), my wife always get a Cocomo. I even got my co-workers hooked. We would go at least once a week for the longest. Then they messed up my order. Then, what I'm hoping was a new employee, Sorento couldn't get my order right after I repeated it to him the times. He still gave me the wrong thing. Getting to the point, my order was wrong again for the 7th time. I used to be a decent tipper, I will no longer be tipping, but I will be returning.
