Our orginal Chinese take out spot wasn't open for another hour so I decided to come to Panda Express. The guy taking my order was cool dude. I told my wife that I've had the Fried Rice from Panda Express but that was in a completely different city and it was actually good. Not so much this time. They made a new batch of Chow Mein and Fried Rice. Thinking it be pretty good, I was completely wrong and embarrassed. The rice was basically white and bland and the chow mein was also dry and bland. I ordered the “Bigger Plate” with all chow mien, double Honey walnut shrimp and a side of orange chicken ( mind you when ordering shrimp anywhere you go it’s always an extra charge) And so I get my food and I go to open up my plate and clearly I didn’t have the double honey walnut shrimp. I had a pic that I was going to upload but there’s no option for me to upload a photo on here. Panda you literally just reminded me of why I always stick with going to “Mandarin Express “ because not only are they affordable, they ALWAYS pack your plate FULL!! And you wanna know what?? I still haven't recieved a refund i have called and spoke with multiple people the manager Abby (horrible customer serivice) says she can't help me this is absolutely ridiculous as it was the stores fault they had my ticket on the box but someone else's food in the box but the store refuses a refund I won't be ordering from this store again.

Don’t go after 10 when they close at 11 they always have an excuse for not having something because they don’t want to cook it before close. Why stay open till 11? It would make more sense if you advertised limited menu after 10. Waste of my time
