My wife's chicken combo was good and so we're the sides. She shared with since the chicken sandwich looked so sad. Here's pics of what I got and what it looks like on the web site. Was someone mad at me? Why so squished? Out of pickles? I won't buy this again. There's the origin of the 3 stars for food.

The food here can be a bit of hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good and fresh and others it's a bit cold like it's been sitting there for a while. I do still enjoy it every once in a while. The staff is friendly and always try their best to get your order quickly.

I ordered a 2pc Big Deal Box with an extra biscuit, got charged for it but it was not in the bag. This is the second time this has happened. Very frustrating! Even worse is that the call does not go thru--what is the deal??!! No jalapeno either even though it stated that it was included. I was the only person in the drive-thru and don't understand why they didn't get my order right!!!
