Worst customer service and they get your order wrong. Let me start by saying that customer service is almost non-existent at this location. I wouldn't be surprised if management replaced staff with a bunch of robots in the future just to be more "efficient." I've been wanting to leave a review at this location for a while now and this was the final straw. During this visit, my girlfriend and I walked in to order from the Kiosk. We only have cash so we had to pay for it at the counter. I walked over to the counter with my receipt and waited 5 minutes without anyone ever acknowledging us. I trie

I ordered only French Fries and it took them 20 minutes! There was no sign of the place having too many customers. They were just lazy. I had to head up to the cashier just to get them to make them. Their staff at breakfast time is fast though.

Wait was quite long. Drive thru cashier was not having the greatest day I assume. We didn’t get the best customer service. Holloween bucket was the only reason we stopped by. There is always an issue we encounter every time we visit this location. Unfortunately it’s the most convenient one for me to access.

Always have a problem with coming here ordered 4 gold sauces and a big mac burger and instead got told they ran out of gold sauce(why say they have it available on the app then?) And instead got a bunch of spicy buffalo what a joke only reason why they get a star was because the manager was there so i was able to get my food picked up no drive thru and even then the employee in there said i need to have a car when i made sure to walk to up the window WHILE CALLING AHEAD OF TIME (manager was LITERALLY right next to her as she said that!) ridiculous location employees here be so rude train ur em
