Absolutely amazing find! When a BBQ joint is in a gas station it's got to be good and 3 Bays was outstanding. The former auto service bays at the back of this working gas station and convenience store were creatively turned into a fantastic place to get excellent BBQ. The staff are amazing and the interaction I had with them made the experience even better. Portions are huge - the half rack of ribs fell off the bone and had such incredible flavor they didn't need any additional sauce, beans were super flavorful and a huge pile of fries completed a very filling meal. This place is pretty mid, at least the ribs are (have not tried pulled pork) the ribs were okay some parts were good, but some were legitimately stringy and they did not fall off the bone, i assume these are more competition ribs but again it didn't do much for me, it wasn't offensively bad, as it was perfectly edible as if you just want ribs its ok, but it isn't that cheap either, with 20$ for 1/2 a slab. Little to no smokey flavor, meat was decent, the rub and bark were kinda solid with some brown sugar, and some bites of it were pretty solid, but overall these ribs are a 6/10. I also tried

Ate at 3 Bay for the first time today. We devoured our delicious food! I have to admit, I’m a girly-girl that likes delicious food in a fancy restaurant when I’m all dressed up …. but, I’m not too fancy to try a totally different experience. I just require a few things … delicious food, clean restaurant and friendly, good service. The folks at 3 Bay delivered on all three. Today’s lunch was the beginning of a long and delicious relationship. We both had pulled pork sandwiches … mine with the baked beans and his with the potato salad. We’re particular, yet all this was so delicious!

To my surprise as I'm in the gas station they tell me that they have a restaurant in the back and gets me a pulled pork sample to try. I found a Hidden Gem at the gas station with excellent service and great food. I will be back
