A sticker? Are you serious?! I ordered to the stall I was parked in, to eat there, from the Sonic App. Not DoorDash/Uber Eats/Etc. The staff put a stupid sticker over straw hole, that is also impossible to remove. So I’m trying to get the unwelcome sticker off the lid that was NOT put on the cup correctly, and it popped off and spilled sticky soda all over the center counsel of my truck. I call inside with some urgency to get a new lid and a bunch of napkins to help soak it up and the kid keeps just says “huh??” until he finally comes outside, where I can finally explain what happened. The blonde girl with the hair bun needs to be let go ASAP. I was patiently waiting in the drive thru line and she was standing at someone's car laughing and making incoherent remarks at me from across the parking lot. Literally standing there doing nothing when she should have been taking my payment or inside helping get the food out. Horrible experience!

Don't waste your money here folks. This location needs to focus on serving fresh food. Our whole order was a disappointment. We ordered 2 smash burger combos and two Jr double cheese burgers. I pictured one of the " double burgers" both were served the same way... as you see its not a double and its missing the cheese. The patty was harder than a hockey puck and inedible unless you want to risk getting sick. Id beat money that the patty was made 6 hours before they served it. Thats shameful. Our fries and tots for the combos weren't fresh and the burgers lacked condiments. After taking a look

Ordering at the drive thru. Told it was gonna be a 10-15 min wait. Not a big deal it’s Friday night I figured there would be a wait. After I ordered I asked if he could please make sure the cherry’s are in my cherry limeade’s. He replied by saying “I will do my best”. What kind of service is that? He should definitely make sure and reply with a better answer than that. When you spend almost 40$ for a family of 3 asking for cherry’s in your drink (which already comes in it) shouldn’t be that big of problem. Oh but it is! Almost every time I order and get home to find NO CHERRY’S is ridiculous.
