If i could give zero stars i would! This is the worst tacobell ever in my life I've ever had experience with. Every time we try to give them a chance they FAIL. Everytime we order online the most simplest meal they still can't seem to comprehend the order. I always like to order 3 crunchy taco supreme instead of beef replace with chicken for some reason they cant comprehend it's still supreme keep the tomatoes and sour cream or they decide they can't figure it out and just put cheese on the supreme taco no lettuce sour cream tomatoes. I recently visited Taco Bell and was pretty disappointed with my experience. During my visit, I observed the manager counting money while wearing gloves, and then, without changing them, he proceeded to prepare food. This is a major hygiene concern. When I got my order, my crunchy tacos, which were supposed to be supreme, were missing the tomatoes. To make matters worse, the tacos were stuck to the wrapper, causing them to fall apart as soon as I tried to eat them. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and hygiene was really concerning.

This is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the worst run, worst managed, most inept reaturaunt I have ever dealt with. Not just based off of one visit or a month or even a year, but literally since day one of opening. I say this as someone who spent one year too many in resturaunts. Expect less than skeleton crew staffing. Drive thru lines back up and even when they dont it still takes an unbelievably long time to get your food. The lobby is locked on a whim half the time, which makes you use the drive thru which (in addition to the God awful waits) makes you more lilely to recieve a totally wrong

it’s a variety of things wrong with this location. i’ve come here multiple times, and nothing ever changes. this time, ive really had enough. i placed a mobile order on may 22, 2026 at around 12 AM. this specific location is open until 2 AM. tonight i ordered 2 drinks, the new shredded beef taco, cheesy double beef burrito, a quesadilla, a soft taco, and the cheesy fiesta potatoes. THE WHOLE ORDER WAS MESSED UP. first off, they handed my boyfriend a doordash order. when he told them that it wasn’t our food, they took it back asked him to pull around to the front and never came back for him. th
