I was really disappointed with my recent order from Chick-fil-A. The food was poorly prepared and the portion size was completely insufficient. My order was barely half full — it honestly looked like someone had already eaten from it. For the price, I expected a proper serving, but what I received was not nearly enough. What’s the point of using a full-sized plate or container if you’re not going to fill it? It just makes the order look even more incomplete. I have been to many Chick Fil A’s and this is the only one with perfect service from literally everyone. The staff open the door for you, give you wipes, refills, pick up your trash. And no matter how busy they are the service is fast. The best one I’ve ever been to. I hope this staff gets paid well because they truly deserve it and are one of the few remaining gems in Baltimore. Please keep it up and I’ll keep coming every day for lunch.

They were super busy and there were too many people in the dining area. Constantly trying to get out of everyone's way. Even the servers were having trouble delivering food to the tables. Very noisy and we just felt rushed to get done and get away from the chaos. Food is always good, so no complaint there. People need to stop liking Chick-fil-A so much so they aren't always so busy! 😁
