Omg, to use the word disappointed would be an understatement. I had salmon bites, seafood gumbo, snapper, jerk chicken, with mac and cheese, kale, sweet and spicy brussels sprouts, and rice. I saw a delivery being made so maybe they ran out of seasoning which is why EVERYTHING was unseasoned. Well minus the jerk lambchops which was so spicy it was inedible. The portion size was crazy small for the price. I have no idea how they could charge $35 for that piece of snapper (pictures included). The seafood gumbo had shrimp, sausage, and a few pieces of chicken. How is that a seafood gumbo??

Found this hidden gem on IG! Traveled up for a Ravens game and this cute cozy spot was feet away from the hotel downtown Baltimore.. Being that Baltimore is know for its crabcakes I had to try them..And I must say the Food here was Absolutely Delicious...I had the carb cakes and jerk lamb chops..Only thing is my food wasnt hot when I received it...But other than that Chefs Kiss! The atmosphere was nice and cozy...And the decor dope..Music and Playlist was top tier...I 100% recommend this restaurant!!!

Let me start by saying this place is a bit misleading — the name is actually Proper Cuisine, not Papis Cuisine, and the quality definitely doesn’t live up to the original name’s reputation. I went for dinner over the weekend, and the whole experience was underwhelming. The restaurant was pretty empty, and the vibe was off — the music sounded like a CD stuck on repeat. Came here after a graduation and was actually surprised. Customer service was good, food came out fast, and the atmosphere was pretty good. However, seating is a little tight in some areas. Prices could be a bit better too. I ordered the following: Jerk lamb chops: 10/10 cooked perfectly. Nice char. Sauce was very good. Mac and cheese: 8.5/10 pretty good in regards to a restaurant. Creamed spinach: 6/10 good flavor but not as thick as I’m used to. It was more like the spinach was drowning and Cajun cream. I couldn’t get over the texture.
