Nice, clean facility, with soft music playing and plenty of seating options (I chose a window-facing counter seat, to watch the world go by). Pleasant server was quick for fill mobile order. Food was right on par for Wendy’s - great chili with hot sauce! Docked a point for overly salted fries (though they were free thanks to an offer on the Wendy’s app). Have to admit though, the app was waaaaay overly hard to use with the offer…

This place is your standard fast food spot innothing fancy, nothing special. Don't come here expecting anything impressive, but if you just need a quick bite without a lot of fuss, it gets the job done. The vibe inside isn't exactly welcoming, but it works for what it is. One thing worth mentioning though watch your step. The floor was slippery even though it looked dry, which could easily catch someone off guard.

This Wendy's on Union St was filthy dirty, like stick to the floor filthy! The condiment, which of there was no ketchup, and soda fountain area, filthy! Almost nonexistent service once you ordered and took your money. Cold baconator and fries. Nasty, don't do it!!

i ordered a son of baconator meal and when i got back home to eat it i discovered many pieces of hair in my food, my fries were ice cold, and the apple bites that i got with it wasn’t even half way full when they are supposed to fill it
